Dillon K. Inouye

Dillon co-founded Perfect Search in January of 2007. Prior to starting Perfect Search, he co-founded and served as interim manager of Q&A Technology Partners, the informal technology development partnership whose technology is that which Perfect Search Corporation is commercializing. He was previously a co-founder of Folio Corporation, a full text search company, which, through a series of acquisitions, became part of FAST, a leading enterprise search company now owned by Microsoft. Dillon was involved in developing and marketing communications, food distribution, and movie distribution companies. He served as an associate professor of Instruction Psychology and Technology at Brigham Young University, the institution from where he received his bachelor's degree with highest honors. Dillon's received his Ph.D. from Stanford University in the field of personality and cognitive psychology. To our immense sorrow, Dillon Inouye passed away in June of 2008.

Loren Lau

Loren is a former finance executive with DaimlerChrysler AG. Positions held there included director or corporate eBbusiness finance; finance director (CFO) DaimlerChrysler Mexico; finance director (CFO) Eurostar Automobile Works and Chrysler Austria; and group controller, Gulfstream Aerospace. Loren received his bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University, an M.B.A. degree from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, and a M.A. in economics from the London School of Economics.

Porter J Hall

Porter was with Arthur Andersen for 33 years as a senior partner and managing partner of the Utah Practice. He specialized in public and private financings and merger and acquisitions. Porter has served as chairman and director for a number of private and public companies, also serving in this capacity for several community and educational organizations. After retiring from Arthur Andersen, he co-founded Myephit, a health and wellness company. He served as chairman of the board and managing partner prior to selling the company to Healthways. He is presently managing partner of National Merchant Services, dba iTransact. Porter received his B.S. Degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.

John Palmer

John was the architect of the Intel 8087 floating point processor. He was a founder and served as CEO of NCUBE, an early massively parallel computer company, served as director of technical marketing for Thinking Machines, Inc. and, most recently, was a member of the Applied Minds brain trust organized by Bran Ferren and Danny Hillis. John holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Brigham Young University, a master's degree in mathematics from the University of Michigan, and a Ph.D. in computer science from Stanford University.

Michael Murray

Michael is a helper and advisor to Perfect Search. He is co-founder and past chairman of Unitus, an award-winning innovator that helped accelerate the delivery of microcredit loans to 15 million poor families in the developing world from 2001-2010. Prior to this, Mike spent 20 years as a senior executive in the personal computer industry. He has worked directly for Steve Jobs (Apple Computer), Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer (Microsoft). He and his wife use the resources of their family foundation to support projects that create permanent improvements in people’s lives, both in Seattle and internationally. These include start-up grants to Friends of the Children (Seattle), Ashesi University (Accra, Ghana), Kiva.org (San Francisco) and Vittana (Seattle), an innovative organization that helps young people around the world get access to higher education for the first time. From 2007-2010 he and his wife served as mission presidents in Philadelphia for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Mike holds an engineering degree and an MBA, both from Stanford University.

Tom Stendahl

Tom founded Scott Sports, Switzerland in 1979 and served as its CEO. He then merged Scott Sports, Switzerland with Scott USA and served as CEO of the consolidated group. After forming Scott Sports Group, he orchestrated the purchased of the Schwinn Bicycle Company in 1993. He directed the restructuring of Schwinn and revived the brand, leading to the 1997 sale of Schwinn, including his interest in the Scott Group. In 1998, he repurchased Scott Sports. Under his direction, revenues increased from $100 million in 1998 to over $400 million in 2010. He resigned as Chairman in 2010 to devote full time to his other investments and board obligations, which, over the years, have included French plastic recycling company Colora; Nordic hotel operator StayAt Invest AB; investment fund Atlas Capital; offshore oil and gas Seajacks Ltd; life sciences Nano Bridging Moleculres SA; as well as real estate companies Orebacka Fastighets AB, Acosso/Tornbagen and Assar Invest AB. A 1974 graduate of the University of Fribourg in Fribourg, Switzerland, Tom is married with two grown children and resides in Switzerland.

Other board members include management team representatives: CEO Tim Stay, Co-founder and Chief Scientist Ron Millett, and Co-founder and Vice President of Investor Relations George Watanabe, who also serves as board chairman.
