Tim Stay
CEO
Prior to joining Perfect Search, Tim was a co-founder and served as chief innovation officer of Know More Media, one of the largest online media blog publishing companies. His successful track record includes founding and managing Marketing Ally, which became one of the Top 50 Call Centers in the U.S, as well as launching, growing and selling FreeServers.com to About.com. He was a co-founder of Bizcradle, a business incubator that launched such technology companies as SenForce, which sold to Novell. Tim was voted by his peers as one of the top 100 technology entrepreneurs in Utah and was recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award from BYU. Tim is a co-founder and board member of Unitus, an innovative poverty-fighting non-profit organization, and two-time winner of the Fast Company Social Capitalist Award. He serves on the Utah Valley University Foundation Board and on the Advisory Board for the Center of Economic Self-Reliance at BYU. Tim holds a civil engineering degree and also has an M.B.A. and an M.A. in International Studies, with a focus on economic development in developing countries, all from Brigham Young University.
Ronald Millett
Chief Scientist and Perfect Search Co-founder
Ron was also the co-founder of Q&A Technology Partners, the predecessor to Perfect Search. He is a 21-year veteran of the search industry, having worked for Brigham Young University, Word Perfect, Novell, and Cogito as a search engine software engineer. In this capacity, he is a holder of 9 patents, obtained for BYU, Word Perfect, and Novell. On four patents, he is co-inventor with Bruce Tietjen, joint author and fellow Perfect Search employee. Ron received his bachelor's degree in Computer Science and holds two master's degrees, in Computer Science and Linguistics, all from Brigham Young University.
Ken Ebert
Chief Technical Officer
Ken previously served as senior principal software engineer at Symantec. He was founder and director of engineer at Senforce Technologies. Previously, Ken served as senior software engineer at Vinca, Novell, and Wicat. He received his bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University.
George I. Watanabe
Vice President of Business Development & Investor Relations
Perfect Search Co-founder
George has been instrumental in raising both the initial seed capital for the company and the subsequent angel investor funding. Prior to co-founding Perfect Search, George served as sales director for ABMS Software and Advanced Lighting, a major environmental lighting company. He ended his long career with Ford Motor Company as the district and regional manager for customer service and independent channel parts distribution. George received his bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University.
