“Having just returned from a very successful trip to Oracle Open World, its hard not to be excited about our technology and opportunities. There is reported to have been 35,000 individuals in attendance, and though that number was down from the previous two years, we felt that those in attendance were serious about looking for real life solutions for existing problems.

We posted a large banner proclaiming “We search MASSIVE Oracle databases” which definitely stopped more than a few curious attendees and got them talking. Once talking, it was more often than not determined that there was a need to also federate search across multiple disparate databases, search both their structured and unstructured (free text) data, Index/Query at higher speeds, scale cost effectively, or any combination of the above.

We were able to establish a large number of contacts where our message had resonance and look forward to setting up next step meetings with them and moving forward.”
