Management Team

Tim Stay, CEO of Perfect Search Corporation, was a co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer of Know More Media, one of the largest online media blog publishing companies.  He started and ran Marketing Ally, which became one of the Top 50 Call Centers in the U.S.A.  He started and later sold FreeServers.com to About.com.  He was a co-founder of Bizcradle, a business incubator that launched such technology companies as SenForce, which sold to Novell.  Tim was voted by his peers as one of the top 100 technology entrepreneurs in Utah and was recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award from BYU.  Tim is a co-founder and board member of Unitus, an innovative poverty-fighting non-profit organization, and two-time winner of the Fast Company Social Capitalist Award.  He serves on the Utah Valley University Foundation Board and on the Advisory Board for the Center of Economic Self-Reliance at BYU.  Tim holds a civil engineering degree and also has an M.B.A. and an M.A. in International Studies, with a focus on economic development in developing countries, all from Brigham Young University.

Ronald Millett co-founded Perfect Search in January of 2007 and is serving as Chief Scientist.  He also co-founded Q&A Technology Partners, the predecessor to Perfect Search.  Mr. Millett is a 21-year veteran of the search industry, having worked for Brigham Young University, Word Perfect, Novell, and Cogito as a search engine software engineer.  In this capacity, he is a holder of 9 patents, obtained for BYU, Word Perfect, and Novell.  On four patents, he is co-inventor with Bruce Tietjen, another Perfect Search employee, as joint author.  Mr. Millett received his B. S.  Degree in computer science and two M. S. degrees, in computer science and linguistics, respectively, from Brigham Young University.

Ken Ebert, Chief Technical Officer of Perfect Search. He previously served as Senior Principal Software Engineer at Symantec.  He was founder and Director of Engineer at Senforce Technologies, where he worked with Tim Stay.  He was also a Senior Software Engineer at Vinca, Novell, and Wicat.  Mr. Ebert received his Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University.

George I. Watanabe, Vice President of Marketing & Sales, co-founded Perfect Search in January of 2007.  He served as Vice President of Investor Relations where he was instrumental in raising seed capital and subsequent Private Placement Offering for the company.  He was previously sales director for ABMS Software and Advanced Lighting, which is a major environmental lighting company.  He was also a District and Regional Manager for customer service and independent channel parts distribution for the Ford Motor Company.  George received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University.
